For pipes, you might want to read these threads:

Removing a Catalytic Converter form 09 CVO Road Glide
Installing Fullsac Baffles on 09 CVO Road Glide

Following the instructions in those threads will get you the equivalent of a $900+ exhaust for about $140 (including the drill bit).  All you need is a decent drill and a grinder or dremel tool and a couple of hours, at most.  Some guys have cut the headers and removed the entire cat but I have not seen any dyno numbers showing that it is better than drilling.  Fullsac is now a TTS dealer.  That or the SERT seem to be the most popular tuners.  Good luck and enjoy the bike!
