Is the part number for the race tuner 32107-01D? Is there a map for the SE air cleaner and Rineharts/Freedom pipes?

Yes to the part number, and no as to the configuration.  The map FR8TRN referred to is the only '06 CVO map on the newest version of the SERT.  In fact, there are no canned maps for non-HD parts included with the SERT.

Thanks, I had a hunch that was the way it is. Just trying to decide between the SERT and the PCIII.

What JD said, and I'll go a bit farther, get the SERT, I had the PCIII on my '04 Ultra, now that I have the SERT I wish I would have gone with it before.  Much more ability to manipulate (or screw up;) the ECM, instead of just fooling it.  Now the problem that has been risen is finding a Dyno guy that knows the SERT, and that is a good point, so ya might wanna look around for one first.  Dyno has em listed on their website for the PC, but the few in my area were pretty much worthless (or outrageously priced).

Train, how is that map working out with your V&H dual set-up?  Looks like that would be a good one for my 1000 mile break in.

I haven't put a whole lot of miles on it like I'd hoped, but what I have put on have been nice, no pops, no puffs, no sputters, no flat spots, decel sounds good.  Seems to have lost a little on the top end, but I need to run there a bit more to be sure.  Did I gain much over the stock filter (I had a K&N HD-1499 in it) and no download.....a little...maybe.....did kick the rev-limiter up though, for that I'm happy, only hit it once in first yesterday.  Mileage yet to be determined.

I'm with ya.  Sadly my dealer told me that if he found a PC or other aftermarket type on my bike he would "void the whole power train warranty".

What a dipchit.  Remind him it's not his warranty to void.  He's just an agent for the manufacturer.  When he buys Harley Davidson then he can void the damned warranty.

Yup the True Duals and the Ovals, must be a sweet combo, thats the ones V&H show the True Duals with.  I like the pipes and mufflers, never had V&H before, the quality is top notch, hard pressed to find something I don't like about them.

I've got the muflers, sweet sound. I'm putting on the pipes before spring and do the SERT.

Sweet, how?  Deep, rumbling, loud?  How do they report?

I had the same combination in my previous Electra SE '04 (true duals and oval from V&H), and also SE air cleaner....but I didn't install any power commander or something else...what would you recommend for my next Electraglide '06 which I should be receiving next week?

Thanks for your wise advise

I'd say definately go with the Race Tuner. Especially since they  ( HD ) now have  a map for the basic Stage I race application. That should work well for doing the break-in and then have it dyno tuned at the 1K mark.
