The oil is probably from the blowby/misting from the rocker boxes and then it enters the carb thru the backplate. It's nothing to worry about unless it's pouring. If you look at your air cleaner straight on you will see on either side of the cleaner two bolts, one on each side, this is where the breather tubes are connected, it also serves to hold the air cleaner. If you find this is your issue, you should get the maintenance books and read up on your bike, also if not familiar with engines find a book on how an engine works, and also look at the breather system. On a car a pcv valve would be connected to one side and a breather on the other.
If I lost ya at the first line, bring it to the dealer, he will be glad to fix it for ya, and if he's honest he will tell ya what I told ya, and show you, and not charge ya, or you could ride it to Clearwater,Fl and I'd be happy to show you, might even give you a rag to wipe it off.
Some people reroute the venting into a hose and filter and let it vent to the atmosphere.
Hope this helped,if not ignore it.
