I sold my Super Glide in '74 and really missed ridin...for 30 plus years! So I bought a new '06 Vulcan 2K because Harleys were just too expensive

. This really rekindled my love of riding. Well, with less than 3 years of riding this great metric with $5K spent on comfort and chrome, 4 IBA rides, and 47K miles later, I started thinking of a more comfortable ride. I really wanted American, and fondly remember my love/hate relationship I had with my kick-starting, aggravating, oil leaking, but very cool Super Glide, I started looking. An Ultra Classic was a given for the comfort I was looking for but it just didn't have everything I wanted. I made a list of extras I wanted and it really wasn't a stretch for the CVO to catch my eye. When I saw it I knew, and from that point on it was just a matter of working out the details. Expensive? Yep. Worth it? Absolutely!
