Just take it to any dealer and tell them you had it dyno tuned and now the ACR's are off. They can plug in, or you can, to turn the ACR's back on.
I can't tell you the exact steps but I can tell you if they made any changes and did not enable the ACR's after any adjustment by the SSERT you are most likely correct in suspecting the ACR's are OFF.
The last step before unplugging a race tuner should be "MAKE SURE ACR'S ARE ON ,THEN SELECT EXIT, THEN UNPLUG".
Mine did the same thing.
You do not need the tuned map as that is already saved and will not change by turning the ACR's on/off. The ACR's section does not have anything to do with your tune/existing map which would be saved. Hoist is right you can access ACR's without changing the map.
If the vehicle is equipped with ACRs and they are not enabled, they are now toast because of the way the circuit works. Just an FYI.
NO NO NO They are not toast. I went through the same thing after mine was dyno tuned and once the ACR's were enabled with the SSERT the ACR's have worked fine. I went on a 800mile trip not knowing my ACR's were not enabled thought one of my ACR's had failed (because of the hard starting) and when I got back home took it to the dealer to find the ACR's not enabled. I have about 6000 additional miles since that happened with no problems.
