Looks like the aftermath of a high-side to me.  Notice that they are off the bike and she is face down.

Hope they will be ok.

I would think a high-side would have them on the other side of the bike on a right-hander??

I know my better half would shoot me. Especially if it was my fault.

 :(

Long telephoto lens shot.  The road view in back seems to lead to a right hander that is out of sight.

Note the road curves left in the front of the picture.

Most high siders stem from too much application of back brake and happen just after the the beginning to the middle of the curve.

Looks like a low side wash out to me.  He is coming out of the right hander and the bike is sliding to the left.  Could have hit a slick spot in the pavement, could have been leaning so much that he levered his rear tire off the road or could have accelerated so hard coming out of the turn that he exceeded his traction limit.  In any case sure looks like a low side wash out to me.

Seems to be correct.  Killboy.com says it had started raining on the Dragon.

Kinda hard to see everything but I can tell that she is not wearing boots - looks like he isn't either.  And I can see his left hand is gloveless and both in t-shirts.  Yup, they're going to be hurting from this little spill.  Sure hope it wasn't too bad but road rash sucks.

I've gotten to where I won't back my bike out of the garage without having on full gear - boots, gloves, jacket, eyewear and helmet.  I'm just saying - never know when you'll need it.

Glad to see they were at least wearing helmets...  And looks like they should be able to walk away - accidents can always be worse...  Bummer, though... ???
