The photo on the Lyndall site is correct, the one on the Harley site is not. Doesn't really surprise me, H-D fired all the proofreaders a few years back so they could increase executive compensation again. The pads are the same for '08 and later, so even though Lyndall didn't update their description to "'08 and up", that is the correct pad. I'm attaching the instruction sheets for the rear brake pad kit H-D put out to address the rear brake squeal issue on the '08 and later Touring models. Take a look at the drawings and photo's of the pads and compare to the Lyndall photo.
