If you end up with numbers much higher than what ya got now, (and it's smooth under 27-2800 rpms),  I'd like to know the changes that got you there.  I have an '09 SE Ultra with similar changes and they only got 110 torque and 108 power out of mine.  My dyno chart looks like yours as the torque line from 2500 starts to climb.  I have the T-Man 625 cams the HD ported heads, 58 mm throttle body, V&H Power duals,  etc.etc.  Multliple runs on the dyno with the race tuner got the above but I was also hoping for more.
P.S.  I saw no reference to (gearing) which is a definute factor in the lack of performance on the low end.  I'm still exploring the available gearing changes and the (downside) of some of those. :nervous:

My gearing is stock. I believe the current low end performance has more to do with exhaust and timing than with gearing. Hopefully the dealer techs will gain a greater insight into adjusting spark advance to achieve optimal performance (vs fuel efficiency). Too bad the new SuperTuner only offers Smarttune for the VE tables.

If the software could "Smarttune" spark advance for optimal performance AND the VE tables against the target AFRs, then you would have an unbeatable software tuning application. Unfortunately the SuperTuner can only modify the VE tables to achieve the AFR ratio that's already been set but it provides no automated guidance on how best to adjust the spark advance tables. Too bad.
