Lost mine 14 years ago. At that days he was jealous,
when mam went on ride with me and didn't want to join
him on his scooter. Enjoy it as long as you can!!!!!!

Lost my Dad in Feb 1995. Last time we were together we were looking at the new Harley brochure and talking about both buying new bikes. Everytime I go out, I think about him and hope in some little way he's along for the ride.

I know what you mean.  My dad shortly after I got back from the first Gulf War but he is with me.  Quick story.  My mother remarried when I was 3 and my step father raised me as one of his own.  I have two half brothers and one half sister.  Since I wasn't officially adopted I'm the only one with a different last name.  When my dad died (my step dad) I took his last name as my middle name.  The only reason I didn't take it as my last name is because I had a family and it would be monumental to change everyones name.  Hence "MKW" with an emphasis on the "K"

I see you're from Chicago Burbs.  I grew up in South Chicago and went to high school in Calumet City.  San Antonio is my home now but love Chicago.
