The keyword that the factory has to hear from the service rep is "VIBRATION"...

Took Terrie's 09 Street Glide in just today.  The filled out the form to get the store credit for the tire that I had put on her front back in Aug. with 12k miles on it, due to cupping.  They also changed the front tire today that she'd put 6k miles on since Aug. (she put 18k miles in 364 days) under warranty. :2vrolijk_21:

Has any one received the letter from the MOCO concerning Service Bulletin M1258A re:  "2009 Touring Models Front Tire Wear Inspection and Warranty Procedures."?

Did you actually get this in letter form from HD, or just a copy of the service bulletin from the dealer?

This service bulletin was the first post on this thread by Unbalanced. I have not received a letter and was wondering if anyone has.

They never did anything like this for the same size POS SERK3/4 Radial front D-407's, where these problems first surfaced! At least you have SOME document to fight with them about! We didn't! FTF!!! FTW!!! >:( >:( >:(

That front tire is a D407, the issue is with the D407F !

Received a letter from Deely HD yesterday regarding replacement of 407's on front of 2009s. Anyone else get the letter or have the tires replace yet.I know there was a previous discussion on this topic but this is the first official thing I have heard.
