Bub sent me an email awhile back saying that exhaust would be 4" when it came out.  I haven't actually saw one first hand.  I called Richard and asked him......it's 4"! :2vrolijk_21:

I just recently picked up my 2010 sesg and was wondering if anybody knows if the '09 96 inch non-cat header pipe is compatible with my 2010 sesg. I was told by a Dealer and their mechanic that they were not interchangeable because of the o2 sensors, but '09 had them also. where they different sensors?

Different size and location.  You'd have to put the smaller O2 bungs on the pipes and relocated them to make it work.  Someone on here actually had them put the 09 sensors on their '10 to use the '09 non-cat pipes and apparently that worked. :nixweiss:  I just went with the Vance and Hines Power Duals combined with their basic slippons and that turned out to be a very nice looking and sounding combination.

I'm trying to keep the exhaust stock looking. I am going to do Fullsac baffles and let him remove the cat most likely. Here in NY there is a Bill they are trying to pass which would increase the fine for loud exhaust (non epa equipment) from $100 to $700 OUCH!!

I would recommend that you get the Fulsac "X" pipe and leave your stock pipes alone with the CAT in it. It sounds like they might be doing something similar to Denver on the EPA stuff.  If you take the CAT out of the stock pipes, they will no longer be EPA certified.  If you keep them intact, if they do get more stingient in NY, you'll have the CAT pipe to put back on.  The Fulsac pipes allow you to use the stock heat shields, so it leaves the stock appearance, plus the performance increase you get.

That's the very reason I want to get another header pipe so I retain the original. I called Fullsac and am waiting for a call back from Steve. I had read he was coming up with a alternative to gutting the cat. Is the X-PIPE something new? I didn't see it on his Web site. What they are more concerned about in NY is noise and aftermarket mufflers. Never the less that will get it done.

Check out this thread:  Fulsac X Pipe Dyno Test. 4HP Gain.  It will tell you a little about his new pipes.

As a Calif rider, this seems to me to be a perfect solution for a "future" problem.
