RH side of the bike finished up with the granite starter and decatted head pipe.

Here is the Reach bars.  Everything worked on the 20 mile test ride today.    :carrot:

The lower doors are also off the 05 from Eglidegoodies.  If I hadn't already had them, I would have used PJ's..

Oil temp gauge.  Doesn't light as well as the rest of the gauges.  On the 10, all the gauges really light up.  On the 05, just the speedo/tach were well lit.

Visually those appeat a lot like the Wild1 "Road Glide" bars.  You happen to know the measurements on these bars Bob?

I don't Don but I will find out.  I believe they are 2-3" narrower than the Wildone's.  Kind of like gripping a wheel barrow.  JCZ also put these on his new bike and I had them on the 05..

Stock headlights were a 55W H11 low beam and 35W H8 low beam.

Here is a picture with H11 xtralights xenon HID headlight and Kuryakyn driving light bulbs.

Before I bought the xenon low beam, I tried a low beam Silverstar H11.

Here is a picture with the xenon low beam and H11 silverstar in the high beam.  I had to cut a little off one mounting tab to make the H11 55w fit where the 35w H8 came out.

I have to figure out how to make the driving lights stay on with the high beams.  Was easy on the 05 and 09 but this bike has a module for the cruise/driving light switch.

No biggie.  I can look 'em up so don't waste any time unless the numbers are close at hand.

All Zainoed up and no place to go.

Also installed was Hawgwired component speakers in the fairing and regular HW speakers in the rear.

Also sent radio to Iron cross radio for rear audio jack-turn around was excellent.    :2vrolijk_21:

Dan at Traxxion also turned the front forks around quickly.      :2vrolijk_21:

FWIW-I'm a big fan of antiseize and dielectric grease on these things.  Antiseize used on all frame bolts, mufflers, etc ect ect.

Every wire connection taken apart gets the dielectric treatment.

So what, just the cams, rear shocks, head work and a little else left to go?  ::)

 :cherry:

30.75" tip to tip with 2" pullback.

Will get the TTS Mastertune from Steve.  Corbin on order from Jenni.  Will not do cams or inner primary unless she has to be opened up for some reason.  Runs good as it is to me.

They look even worse on the SESG's without the heat shields as they are even more visible.  I was too cheap to go chrome.   :cherry:
