Jim is Jim Schlossel (hope that's spelled right).  Has an independent shop in Northern California doing business as Metal Dragon.  Jim doesn't, in fact won't, toot his own horn.  He's been a site member longer than he's been a shop owner; and he's had the shop opened several years now.

Jim won't go out of his way (or in to our way) to even mention himself or his services in a thread.  He's good enough at what he does the work finds him anyway.  He gives discounts to site members for parts and ships promptly if you must just buy parts from him and can't take advantage of his shop skills.  Site username is hd-dude if you want to send him a PM.

can you say what  it is he markets   or parts he sells

Anything in the Drag catalog and other things besides.  Send him a PM asking about whatever you might be interested in.  It's best he offers his own wares rather than I or anyone else speaking for him.

He started this thread! Nearly two years ago. :)
I hope nobody thought I was insinuating the 574 was one of the cams of the month. But they appear and have guys wondering should I change?
I was trying to emphasize there is a way to avoid musical cams.

yupper so far i don't change  cams cause of razzle dazzle on a forum.  but heck i have only done about 70 or so builds in my  short life, so i get to reading ask a few question, get all kinds of replys. Then contact who ever uses the cam in their builds or tuners   to get real answers.  people like you Don   who should be able to give a precise  answere if indeed you use what ever it is  i would be considering...
