You better define "Stock" around this group.  :D ;D :D ;D

Oh, and you might want to add a poll when you define your meaning of stock... might be easier to keep a count that way. :nixweiss:

I have left my bike absolutely stock and love it that way. (Springer '07) It is the only exhaust that showcases the engine and transmission properly and has the correct loudness (for me).

I have the stock system for the 2001 SERG.
I have the stock system for the 2005 SEEG.
I have the stock system for the 2009 SEUC.
I have the stock system for the 2003 Classic.
Hanging from the ceiling.

And for how long?
Till the ceiling can't hold anymore!

Next question?

My interpretation of "stock"

nothing done as delivered from the factory.
no a/c
no pipes
no tune

My guess that would include very few.......

The temptation to change stock is far to great with Harley. Many vendors available (not just chrome)

for those who absolutely do not want to change from stock, they buy Honda's.  (hardly anything you can do performance wise)

If that's the case I have all the stock parts I took off of mine too..... exterior and interior.... does that mean it's still stock?? ::) :P ;) :D

Like I said Jerry... better define what your definition of "Stock" is.

That's just it.... so many interpertations of what stock is..... We've all heard Don (Twolane) say his bike's are stock... and well you know the rest of that story. :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2:

Example: If heated grips came on my bike and I changed to heat demons.... would my bike still be stock?? :nixweiss:

I agree that my garage holds a "stock Bike" once all the parts come off the shelves,  but I would have to say the defenition of "Stock" would have to be as delivered to the dealer with no changes made. :nixweiss: and that is how the bike would remain.  I bet you can "honestly" not find one owner that has not changed or added a single thing to thier bike from new :nixweiss:

Stock is as delivered from the factory, BEFORE the dealer adds stuff to the setup.

If that is the definition the original poster wants then it's going to be less then 1% (probably less then that). :nixweiss:

Finding those 3 guys will be tough...many of us have parts ready or ordered for the bike before we take delivery.
