It's not Koa Puna. It's Kanaka Hekili (Hawaiian Thunder).  I know a few Koa's and our president used to be with the Koa's a long time ago.

Four couples to LA (*shipping bikes and flying out) ride Pac coast one up to Oregon cut over to Crater Lake, Mt. St Helens, Mt Ranier over to Yellwostone, down to Hoover Damn (ride over the damn before it is closed to the new bridge) back home.  5200 miles of heaven.\

Give a shout before you come to Colorado, maybe some of the local guys from the site can get together with you, I'd take the RMNP/Trail Ridge to Steamboat, nice ride.

That sounds like a pretty awsome ride.

Four of us (four bikes) shipping and flying to Miami.  From there we're riding down to Key West, then turn around and ride all the way back to Calif. :2vrolijk_21:  I'll let you know how many miles we end up with when we get back home.

The same four couples had been going to Colorado for two weeks but the last two years we decided to hit every state west of the Missisipi (and a few on the other side).

Last year was Sturgis, Devil Mountain, Anamosa, IA for the National Motorcycle Museum on to HD museum.

5600 miles 13 day great trip.

Next year (without the wives) all the wat to Maine and back.  At the end will have ridden in every state, DC, Canada and Mexico.

2012 a planned trip to the Swiss Alps and rent some HD's and ride Europe for three weeks.

June, I am heading to do the nor-cal ride JCZ suggested, with a side trip on the way home thru Yosemite, Tahoe with a stay-over to do the balloon trip over the lake early morning, Reno, back up thru central Ore and home.
July, Glacier Park,
August, Back to Glacier, then to the Canadian Rockies.
September, Oyster Run
