Mine came with drop in liners and the bags with handles, hafta check and see if the liners fit over the ridge or down in it, let yas know tomorrow.
The liners are molded to fit the contours of the bag (they fit down over the humps and such) + the electronic saddle bag  lock mechanism is in the bottom of the right bag so these might not work, even with the liner removed.

I saw these in Daytona at Biketoberfest.  The liners that come in our bags have those same recesses at the bottom, however the bags that they had on display did not have the liners in the saddlebags.  They probably won't fit quite so perfectly with the liners in your bags.  I was amazed to see how many tools they could put in those little bags though.

Glad I asked and thanks to Firedood for the answer.  Now with all the positive feedback it's time to order a set. :apple:

I have these storage bags as well actually bought them directly from the man that makes them he also makes a product that replaces the canvas stop for the saddle bag lid with a velcro closure  pouch that attaches to the factory mounting points. I was able to put my entire tool kit in 1 saddle bag and put my first aid kit in them in the other side. One word of caution just make sure anything you put in them that has a sharp edge put it on top or face up when I took them out after our trip to sturgis I found a hole had been worn in 1 of the bags from my allen wrenches being turned the wrong way.
