Jackpot uses 304 Series Stainless Steel construction throughout with precisely machined billet Stainless Steel exhaust collars.

I wouldn't know if that was a good thing or not. But I suspect it is.

You can do a Google search on 304 and find out more than you ever wanted to know about stainless steels.

Various mfg's of exhaust systems use different grades of this alloy, depending on the application.
Check out what some of the sport bike riders spend on exhaust systems. $2000 and up!!!

I think I'm going to go with Jackpot Dyno Tuned 2/1/2 Stainless Steel Head Pipes. They have dyno sheets posted on their site comparing a limited 103 with stock headpipes vs their head pipes showing significant increase in torque. Furthermore, they have a 2010 CVO Screamin Eagle Street Glide dyno chart that compares the stock 2010 CVO Street Glide 110" to the addition of the Jackpot 2/1/2 headpipe, Jackpot Dyno tuned mufflers, and Dynojet PC-V.

Whether you like the PC-V or not, the numbers are quite impressive in the torque range. Just what I'm looking for.

Fullsac simply has not yet produced dyno information backing up their claims and I'm ready to pull the trigger. No doubt Fullsac will eventually post results but if your going to produce performance gear and make large claims, a fella should be able to get the facts from the manufacturers website. I mean c'mon, we're talking about performance numbers aren't we?

If I've missed something as regards Fullsac dyno posts and anyone has a link to hard information on Fullsac dynos, please post here for me and I'll apologize in advance for my oversight.

No but thanks. I've already seen that. In harmony with the theme of this thread, I'm referring to dyno numbers for the X Pipe. Personally, I'd love to see dyno numbers showing increases with the X Pipe on a stock 110 and also dyno numbers with the fullsac package also on a 110 (muffler cores, X Pipe, Master tune).

Hey Jesse!

I have pages and pages of dyno runs.
But I'm waiting for a back to back dyno run to post from a customers bike with the customer as my witness.
Same day, same tank of gas. A real comparison.

By the way, there's more to this pipe than dyno numbers. The throttle response is wicked! The dyno's not going to show you that.
As soon as it warms up, the guys who are riding with the X pipe will speak.
I appreciate your interest.

Steve you can do some part throttle comparison runs also....say at 10%...20%.....30% and so on......this would answer all questions. Personally I think the pipe looks good and it's what is needed for the 2010 touring bikes instead of gutting the Cat.

I'm really glad you chimed in on this thread Steve. I think I'll hold off on my final purchase decision until I see your numbers. Hopefully you can get them up soon. Please keep us posted an be sure to make a big noise when you get those dyno's up. I want to make sure I know about it the very day you post them. Thanks.

Do the fullsac headers work with the factory heat shields?

Enough about the numbers. Steve, what do they sound like with stock cans and your baffles?

Hey Larry

With no other changes, the exhaust note is noticably cleaner. Still a very deep rumble but crisper, if that makes any sense.
If your going from a cat headpipe its a little louder too.

I'll post a dyno chart from the shop bike tomorrow. Its an 09 96" with 54s. Not a 110 but still in the ballpark at 95 HP and 101 TQ.

We installed the new Fullsac X pipe on two of my friends bikes this weekend and the fit and finish was very good on both the 2010 CVO Street Glide and the Ultra.Unfortunately it rained all weekend and test rides were not possible but both were very happy with the sound of the 2" baffles and new headpipe as far as they could tell.I'm running the same stuff with a V&H Power Dual pipe on two 09 CVO Roadglides and could not be happier with the Master Tune and Steve's map.I have bought a lot of things from a lot of people for a lot bikes and very few did everything they said they would do,but this stuff does.
