Having that big of a throttle body on a stock bike is a complete waste. The dealer that recommended it for a stock bike was way out of line as the bike as it is cannot event come close to using it! What a larger throttle body and larger injectors are for is a high output motor and a CVO is nowhere near that in stock form. The larger throttle body will hurt idle and low speed performance no matter what you do with the ECM code on a stock CVO. With larger injector you have less control of the fuel at idle and low speed so it very well could cause the idle to move around and as far a 200 RPM spec. from the motor company, that is wishful thinking, maybe from another dealer just like the one that sold this customer a throttle body for a stock motor! The idle control circuit in the ECM will adjust for movements in engine speeed as small as 5 RPM and most will only wiggle around about +\- 25 RPM TOPS!
