Bojiboy,
Does the #29440-99c SEAC work on the '06 CUSE with the stock housing?
TIA>
The 29773-02B and the 29440-99C appear to be the exact same part, except the -99C has the crossed flags and a decal stating for off-road use only.  As noted in previous posts, they will fit to the throttle body just like on previous models.  The area where it doesn't fit as well is between the filter and the cover.  This doesn't affect the filtering of the air.

Sorry JD, missed this earlier.

If your familiar with the Ness backplate you know that the vents protrude out the backside vs. the little rubber thingies that the SE Kit has.

Just got my bike back from Curly's Harley Winston-Salem NC. the air cleaner fit fine. I asked the mech. there if he had any problem mounting it with the original cover and he just kind of smiled and said it was no problem and that the worry from harley is that it may come loose. He said it ain't coming off or loose or it would have on the dyno. Had the Screaming Eagle pro slip ons, SE/AC, and race tuner installed. Seems to run good but too cold to ride today.

It sounds good. The way I like it not to loud but a good rumble. I only have about 700miles on it so the dyno guy didn't push it too hard. He got 86.2hp and 96ft lbs torque. He says it will probably gain about 2 more after I get it completey broken in. I will see if I can scan the dyno sheet and post it later.

Glad to hear that it seems to be running good from what you can tell so far, 2up.

By the way, I think you're mixing up the horsepower and torque curves. . . . Don't get confused by the words floating around the chart above the curves--they are not labeling them.
