Cool,
Wonder if these could be incorperated into the Harley Led Light Bar ? A little money and a drimel tool.  :rolleyes4:

Ordered the tour pak liner today along with the auxiliary power point. May as well do it all ... right? So the wheels are in motion, LED kit is on the way, painter lined up although 2 weeks out, liner, plug ... only thing left is to get my wife back to work. Since she will benifit from the additional luggage space it only seems right! Right?

I just hope the kit covers the two holes left. This thing was made for a Classic tourpack.
I`ll know Friday.

"King," "Ultra," and "Classic" are all descriptive terms used by HD in the tour pak section of the P&A catalog, pages 384-387.  For purposes of the LED light bar, it MAY be that "King" in that context means a full-size tour pak without the light bar in the rear, and not "King" in the more generalized description of a full-size tour pak with or without the light  bar.  Time will tell.

Cost of the liner is around $100.00 bucks. Depends on your dealers discount.

I've been working on this idea for a couple weeks. It will fit in any tourpak, and you'll have to cut some additional holes, no problem. Make sure you remove the caulking on the inside before re
moving the old one and it should pop right out.
The biggest obstacle is cost. That light bar with everthing you need to have it look like it belongs, will run you over 1k just for that, unless you guys have stumbled across something else.

Larry so the new LED bar is large enough to cover the cover cut out?

Why would we need to change the liner?

To take advantage of the extra space created by not having the lights intrude internally.

What we need is clear frosted lenses with red LEDs for stop/tail mixed with amber LEDs for the turn signal.

This new light bar thing aint gonna work on an existing ultra TP with the old light bar remover. This is how much of a gap is left with the new light in place. Guess I gotta order a Tour pack off of a clasic bike and get it painted.
