I think I can live without the filler strip. I really like those rails and get a bit of protection from them also.

Good fab job on cutting out that filler strip. Just what for tools did you use to cut that out. Any problems with the paint of fiberglass getting too hot while cutting?  Thanks

Can you tell me what HD part # are the chrome fillers ?

HD part no. 91670-09
If you have the nostalgic bars they fit to the stock vertical bar just need to remove the reflector cheaper than stock Ultra`s & they dont hide so much expensive paint job.

I looked up the part number at Latus Harley online and they don't carry the color match to the Canyon Copper..  Do you have any recommendations as to where I can buy these and get the correct paint job done?

Hey Cyril,

Just noticed a notation on the description page for the item # you gave me  "Fits '09 FLHT and FLHR models equipped with Nostalgic Saddlebag Guard Rail P/N 91286-09"

Says it fits the 09 bikes..   Will this part work with an 08 bike?

90839-94a is the part number for the Nostalgic Saddlebag Guard Rails that fit 95 thru 08.  Looking for the correct color matched filler strip that will fit on an 08 CVO FLHTCUSE3

Cyril,

Sorry to be such a pain in the A$$ asking all the questions and most seem to be the same ones, but I am just trying to nail down the correct parts for what I need.  I have a set of Nostalgic Saddlebag Guard Rails #90839-94A. Now I am looking to purchase some Saddlebag Filler Strips.  When I Google the part #91670-09, I get the Color Match Slotted Fillers ($169), but they don't look to be slotted correctly to fit the Nostalgic Guard Rails.  If I Google the part #45896-98, I get the Chrome Slotted Filler strips ($99.95), but the notch is in the bottom of the filler strip.

Do you know what the part number for the chrome notched filler strip you posted in this photo earlier in the thread?  These are more to my liking.
