All 96-103-110's since 2007 in the touring bikes has the cam chain tensioner pictured by Porthole.  Dynas went to it in 06 and Softails in 07 like the Touring.

The picture by porthole is the hybrid camplate and is used on 06 and earlier touring and softail models and 05 and earlier Dyna models. It uses the stock silent chain inner cam chain from those models and has roller and ball bearings in the camplate. There are many people that believe that that silent chain is the cause of the wear on the camchain tensioner of past. time will tell if they will hold up with the newer hydro tensioner. It also uses the older style cams made for the silent chains.    Doc

"Fits '99-'05 Dyna® models, '99-06 Touring models, and '00-'06 Softail® models. Installation requires separate purchase of Spacer Kit P/N 25285-08."

The part shown above and linked to by Larry is the uprade for the TC 88 to the similar sytem used since.

Similar but not the same camplate as the newer bikes have. Also this hybred camplate has not been out long enought to see if it will last as long as the 07 up touring model camplate.   Doc
