Just a little over 19,000 miles.  Have an appointment to install TTS next Monday and new baffle material ordered and should be here Friday/Saturday.  Will re-do both sides.
I understand that the narrow band O2 sensors in the exhaust are a big contributor to the very lean - and extreme heat - condition of many of the stock SE 110ci bikes.  According to Nightrider (go to http://tuneyourharley.com), "Narrow band O2 sensors are only accurate in the 14.0-15.0 range. Wide Band O2 (WBO2) sensors are accurate between 10.0-20.0 AFR ranges" (read the section on LC-1 WBO2 upgrade on the initial web page).  So, how accurate can a TTS or SE Super Race Tuner map be, given the 14.0-15.0 restricted range of the narrow band sensors?  Should we replace the narrow band O2 sensors with wide band sensors - and is there a solution for this?  If so, are the non-cat X-pipes (like Fullsac, Jackpot and V&H) configured for wide band sensors, like we find in earlier pipes?   The problems that we are addressing are really a systems issue.  Perhaps, Steve at Fullsac has already addressed the narrow band-wide band question in another post.  I'm just trying to get a handle on the system problem that needs to be addressed.  I plan to go with Steve's X-pipe, core baffles and TTS solution for the exhaust, but wonder how this helps me solve a "lean" condition that is still be affected by narrow band O2 sensors.  Maybe it's not an issue...?

CVORick, I would use ceramic blanket material, it's much better than any muffler packing out there, you can get it on ebay.

Check out my thread if you want to see it. Plus I can send you a sample, just PM your address.

Picked up some Blue Job chrome polish.  Here is the muffler after Blue Job.  Took at least 80% of the discoloration away, but at least the heat shield will hide all of it from view.

Received the baffle wrap yesterday.  Made 2 complete wraps around wire shield.  Material was 1/4" thick so that made a 1/2" thick wrap around the 3" diameter screen.  Used packing tape to old in place and then with a twisting motion reinserted it into the muffler.  It goes in a little tight, but you can put your hand inside the wire enough to spin and push it in.  Be careful not to stick yourself with the wire.  It is a a little sharp.  You can use the Fullsac baffle to get it inserted the last 1" or so, but it will seat to the front of the muffler.  Then following the Fullsac directions, looking through the baffle/muffler to guide the baffle onto the front/inside the muffler.  I have to say that I am really happy.  Sounds like a Harley again.  I have the 1.75" so it's not to loud, but has a nice mellow sound.  Like others have said, when you hit the throttle it sounds great.  The hardest part was the weld removal.  Just follow everyones previous instructions and go for it.  Pictures attached.

CVORICK,
Did the wire mesh come with the wrap?   Where did ya get that stuff?

The mesh is already inside your muffler.  If you remove your baffle, the wire mesh is actually attached to your existing insulation that comes from Harley.  If you want you can leave the existing mesh and insulation in place and just install the Fullsac baffle.  It does not come out when you remove the Harley baffle unless you cut it out or like mine, it was burned out and gone.  The ideal situation is to leave the mesh and insulation in place and just change out the Harley baffle to the Fullsac baffle.

You can probably get that ceramic blanket material from a wood stove dealer and not have to deal with e-bay.  My opinion about "Blue-job" is....the results are mostly from elbow grease, I used it several times and it is a lot of work to remove "fried on" bugs!
