it was posted some time back, I looked around for it but didn't find it.....

The parts guy at a dealership I do business with keeps telling me he is going to call his tech support at the MOCO regarding this mount, but so far he has not done so.  Tomorrow I am going there again and will stay until he does.....   guess I just ask him to make the call while I wait.....

My parts guy says the part won't be released until the first bike ships.

Any way, the new Zumo 665 will work and it has NexRad satellite weather forecasting.  Extra $10 per month on top of the XM radio (of which most of us don't need).

Cool feature.

Great.  I remember seeing a post from another member looking into this mount and his dealership said that it was one of those protected SE parts and not available to anyone else but those with the Limited Edition SEUC.  It will be interesting to see if we can get them.

 :P :P :P

I'm on my way.

I'll be pissed if my CVO can't have it.

Finally.  Got the part number with instructions etc for the Zumo 660 mount into the leather dash pad and through the fairing.

Can only buy it "for an 09 or 10 CVO" with a valid CVO serial number (don't know why except my parts guy tells me the leather dash pad changed in 09).

For all of us that own a CVO it's very expensive. Hah!!

Here it is:

#92346-10  $12.50 yes $12.50.  Includes instructions as to how to drill the hole in the fairing as well as the dash pad (of which I haven't seen because I had to go to work).

Part is apparently very popular as it is already on back order until late April.

Sounds to good to be true, but the parts guy :coolblue: :coolblue: said the instructions are clear.

Interesting I bet someone will make an aftermarket then. I wonder what changed on the dash pad?

 :drink: :drink:

Don't know but for $12.50 might be worth getting a buddy (or even yourself) to buy one and see if it would work.  I didn't notice any difference between my 07 CVO and the 09.  Can't be that much of a difference.

My dealership never even asks for my CVO number.

The mid year parts manual shows the assembly for the GPS.

I've been working with my parts manager and all the parts should be available mid April.

Here's the breakdown,

1106            Screw
1107            Screw
7686            Locknuts (2)
92346-10        Mount  (accepts garmin cradle)
92466-10        Retainer  (goes inside fairing for support)
57885-10        Pad  (dashpad specific to cradle mount, already has holes)

About $150 total.  None of the parts are VIN/CVO protected.

Wow that is a bit more expensive than the $12.50 listed above
