Had my bike tuned on a dyno and could not get the decel pop out. Went in the ARF table and in the 20 kpa I changed it to 12.5 and still popping. Changed the timing with no success. No exhaust leaks. Bike is running awesome but can't deal with the popping. BIAS is set at 762.  08 ultra 103 Andrews 54. It dyno at 100 hp and 106 tq

The Decel Enleanment Table handle this function. Been a while since I adjusted mine basically you need to ritchen the table I think I cut the table values in half.

What head pipes and exhaust are you using?  Welcome to the forum..  Also, which motor and what model bike?

It should work with the setup you have, if not, check with your dyno guy, or start looking for exhaust leaks or problems with exhaust system. Check the simple things first, of course!!

An 08 could still have the "Y" crossover pipe.  These "Y" pipes can be very difficult to remove all of the pop.  A good test is to put it back on the dyno and drive it normally with the POP.  Remember on DECEL what RPM it POPS at.  Looking from the back of the bike, have someone hold a piece of cardboard over the left muffler to block the flow.  Caution on this as you do not want an accident.  Ride it again normally, if the POP is gone on DECEL at that same RPM it is the "Y" pipe causing the issue, if it still POPS then the tune is not right or you have an exhaust leak. As previously mentioned, you have to be sure the exhaust system is tight with no leaks, especially if you have the "Y" pipe.  DECEL ENLEANMENT can only help to a degree the rest of the issue is the tuning of the DECEL area.

I run Vance and Hines Pro Pipe with no decel pop. Adjust the decel enleanment table values it should fix your problem.

You should have no POP with  D&D FC.  You may have some "gurgling" but it should not sound like an M80 at all. I would suspect lean spots in the decel columns of the tune.

Yes, I took the rap off and no change. I left you a message on your recorder. Rechecked all the exhaust gaskets and no leaks. If your not busy Saturday morning maybe we can get together and check it out.

I have some popping right at 1800 rpm. Steve is working with me on it right now but would love to hear suggestions.

I get a pop or two at 1800 rpm consistently. I also went in the AFR table and richened up the kpa 15, 20 and 25 and up to 30% from 1750 to 2250 and still get popping.

Still waiting to hear from Steve at Fullsac but I'm going to re-check my exhaust in the meantime. This is getting aggravating.

Its a new one with more aggressive ignition tweeks. Lets wait and what see what Jesse says.
