hot and cold water to wash the bike, cable, power,  NO phone line.   Just my humble opinion!  Looks Good ~ Congrats for getting it done!

Thanks Guys!  The interior will be an ongoing project this summer/fall.  We will have electricity, so we can heat/cool the area as needed.  I told The Boss that when the interior is finished (TV, recliner, fridge, etc.) she'll have to park her new bike outside... :huepfenjump3:  She was not nearly as amused as I was.
This is what we have at the moment......

So how big is it? I'm thinking of adding another building, and I think yours is about the proper size.

As my dad would say, "No matter how big you build it, it will never be big enough."  Looks nice, I wish I had it!

It is 12 x 22.  The local zoning laws require concrete footers for anything over 256 sf, so we went with this size so we could set this on a gravel pad.  It was cool to watch the guy bring it in a set it up.

The garage ties are for transport of the Garage. You can remove the 2x4's that  are lowering  your ceiling height with no structural issues as long as you knock the snow off when you get over a foot.
