Speak of the devil!  JC shows up and starts asking what leather, what patterns, what thread?  Then he has me follow and starts looking for all the samples I need.  It's not like he thinks he has the run of the place, he knows he does!  It's kind of shocking and uncomfortable at first until you realize he has a great relationship with these people and these people are there to give you what you want.  JC is comfortable in any motorcycle environment and well informed but not intimidating. (I'm still getting the feel of if his scheduling is intimidating)  We're over in the back where they are fitting the sewn leather to the seats looking through pieces for any ideas and admiring the work, walking through the seamstresses, over to the molding and metalwork, the shipping. Opening lockers to look at thread. Made me feel better to get help.

It's that very rare Australian model.  South of the equator the bikes will turn over if the stand is on the left side.  Due to the rotation of the earth they were forced to convert all controls to the opposite sides. Trying to downshift can be confusing and I've almost been thrown over the fairing!  That's probably why Aussie bikers have been known to libate often.

I don't know how long before it is considered broken in.  It's ridden real comfy from the get go, as we rode for 3-4 hours right after having it built and installed.  It is designed to be firm balancing out the load and thus eliminates focused pressure points that might come from softer seats.

Tourpak is great.  Yeah it's the CVO Tourpak that you get to pay $400 extra for so that the paint will match.
