Went back to the dealer after leak returned following change out of oil cooler gasket.
They had experience with one other bike that had the same problem. Service manager blamed problem on 2 hex bolts in the cooler that were not sealed properly.  Time will tell.  I mention this in case others are having the same issue.

It's been a month and about 1k miles and no leak.  I think it's fixed.  Turned out to be the 'cheesy clamp' attaching the oil cooler lines to the cooler.   Harley had re-engineered this part as the predecessor part had the same issue.  Apparently the problem still exists.  Why reinvent the wheel instead of using the little worm clamps used on hoses.
