Delivered toHomburg, USA, sold to Loyal Katskee, Omaha, 1955, sold to Donny Skogmo (Minneapolis, Minnesota), raced by owner and John Barlass, colour now mustard yellow, 1961 John Barlass fitted a 327 Chevrolet V8, 1963 sold to Jerry Dunbar (Illinois) car restored, painted red and raced in Mid-West thru 1964, 1965 sold to Chuck Sunderman (Rockford, IL), Sunderman then moved with car to Florida, 1972 Sunderman sold car to Ferrari author Dick Merritt (Florida/Maryland), 1973 sold to Jack Broudy (New York, New York), sold immediately to Herb Wetanson, 1973 sold to David Piper (Surrey, UK), 1973 sold to Tony Chamock, 1976 restored by Lynx and found to have bonnet from XKSS 701 (also owned by Wetson), 1976 sold to John Lees (Ireland) 1984 returned to Lynx for refurbishment, sold to Adrian Hamilton, converted by Lynx to Appendix C spec and painted British Racing Green, 1984 sold to Robert Cooper, 1985 sold via Adrian Hamilton to James W. Stollenwerk (San Francisco, USA), 1989 auction Barrett Jackson but failed to meet reserve, was fitted engine E2C6S-9 (this engine being originally fitted to XKD 556, which was dismantled after being virtually destroyed in a factory fire, engine then fitted in 1958 to XKC 403, later removed in Canada and shipped to UK), 1992 sold to Bruce Meyer (California, USA)
