That horn is on sale at Harleymon for the same price but when you go to the site you can sign up for a password and get a 10% discount on your first purchase (11.99 saving).

Here's the link if you are interested.

I mounted mine on the opposite side. Seemed more logical with the wiring setup and instructions.

The first thing that I added to my bike, and I am not shy about using it to wake up those in 4 wheelers. For 50 bucks, you can't go wrong its great. The HD high output that is.

Do the wires for the horn go thru the fairing on that side? I am going with the mini beast and was considering mounting inside fairing and wasn't sure about how I would connect. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Got a chance to install the "Mini Beast" today and it was quick and easy.

It takes about 45 minutes to remove the seat, run the new harness, remove/replace the horn and bolt the wiring to the battery.

On my way to the garage to install the high output horn. From reading the instruction it sounds like Im taking the fairing off, then getting electricity off the cigarette lighter and then Splicing into the wire that activate the horn. The splicing part always scares me. I assume that Im cutting the wire, then it would end up with two wire into one. Sounds simple. OK here goes. I'll check back in as I go along in case u all have advise for me. Thanks. Back with picture in a bit.

First I already have spliced into the power off the cig lighter for my XM radio. I hope there enough juice there for both. We'll find out in the end.....Instruction say splice into black and yellow line. I HATE SPLICING. So I guess iam going peel back the black boot to expose more wire then CUT. Did I say already I hate splicing. Once i do that I guess i can mock it up and see if it works before going any further. Meaning there enough juice and i CUT the wright wire.

JR, that little plane-jane chrome rectangle that covers this mini horn looks pretty small.  The unit might fit underneath some other horn cover too.  Just swap covers (maybe)?

It isn't actually that small, I just measured it for you 4 1/2 wide by 5 1/4 tall.
