Hey HD,
    Thanks for the tips,  Spiderman just left,  inner primary is on,  starter is in,  just have to figure out the spring loaded chain thingy tomorrow and button it back up.  The air impact had enough balls to get it done (You have me worried for a minute, but you always gotta buy good tools........) and I gotta tell you,  with Spiderman here (he's done this shtick a few times),  we had no  [smiley=oops.gif] [smiley=oops.gif] [smiley=oops.gif] tonight.  I bought some gasket dressing (recomended by my buddy at the stealership) called Hylomar (it's blue,  and never really hardens), but is thick enough to make a good seal (we'll see).  All in all,  a great evening, and the birthdat to me present (bike lift) made it fun.  Thanks again for your tips.....looks like we're gonna be fine.....

Beagle, did you go for any chrome wire shroud or other wirning?  I'm tellin' you you'll be disappointed in the final result with the starter if not.

When you get done the stock wires cover half the starter and look like chit :(

I'm thinkin the same thing now,  but too late,   I gotta get on a plane for Frankfurt Monday morning and gone.... till we go on the "FOOLS RUN" in Tombstone Az.  I get back on Thursday and leave (butt crack of dawn Friday, jet lag....screw it).  I hope this schtik is right (I don't want any leaks.....).......I still gotta get a rear tire....SH$T....  freakin forgot about that.....going to Lost Wages (I mean Las Vegas) the week after the fools run. I've been too busy workin on everyone's stuff,  I've left mine for last.......Lift is a godsend though.....  Thanks Mrs. Beagle and Co.

I don't know if anyone noticed on the site,  but I've been pretty conflicted about paint colors lately,  I've decided to stay with the Cherry bomb.....I have the Screamin yellow zonker set that I'm gonna squirl away.....but Mrs. Beagle is still breakin' my balls about buying it and not using it........we'll see how that goes.

good advice,  she's pretty low maintenance though.......really down to earth.  That's why I kinda like her.....she's beautiful,  but doesn't act like she know's it........She's a keeper.......
