I had a chance to take the ride out and stretch its legs over the last few days.

Just tried to order the new HD horn....Zanottis says BO until June 16!  :(

We obviously have some effect on sales- maybe we should get a MOCO discount! [smiley=banana.gif]

I bought the Stebel Chrome Air Horn from Adventures Workshop at www.adventuresworkshop.com  and I like it. It looks very similar to the HD {I think it looks better} for $46.00 delivered to my door.

I like the look of Hubbard's set-up...  I like the looks of the dual trumpets.

BJ's????

I need more info.  Where did you get your duals?  Dealer?  Web?  Other?

Picked up the new HD air horn today and put it on the bike took about 45 min to install.  Man is it nice and loud.  Here are a few pics.

Hats off to Mr Magoo,
I took me about  3 hours to install the HD air horn.  The biggest hassle was the wiring harness.  They have you partially remove the gas tank in order to run the wires that go to the horn under the gas tank. For those considering this horn, a couple of suggestions which are contrary to the instructions or the instructions are silent.
1. The instructions say to put the electrical elbow connectors on the horn anyway you like.  Not so, only one way will work.
2.  Instructions say to dissconnect the battery.  It is far easier to remove the battery so as to install the new harness to the ground post inside the battery compartment.
3. The long black air intake hose is beyond ugly.  Seems to work fine without it.
The horn is considerably louder than stock but not as loud as the dual air horns used on some bikes.  The product looks nice enough for our bikes; however, when at idle it shakes a lot more than the stock horn and I wonder if it will cause any problems down the road.  If I had to do it again, I'd probably go with the dual aftermarket horns.

I like the twin trumpet "BJ's" with the broad chrome mounting bracket - that looks real good and I see there are nosecones to keep the bugs out?

Where can I get a set?

Here is a link to their web page.  I've had BJ's horns on my last bike and now my CUSE.  IMO they are the best value out there and the folks at BJ's are great to work with.  Look good and are loud.

Had a minebeast put on in Myrtle Beach for $145 instaled.Stock horn drowned on the ride down& didn't dare ride home with no horn.Think if I had time to shop arround I would have gone with the BJs but would have to see them in person.Horn is LOUD,but the deer on the Blueridge PkW.didn't seem to care. Was kind of disapointed they didn't have any reaction to it.At least the cagers can hear it. RJOBs looks better with the SEE logo on it.
