Good luck!
Those are decent heads and mocked by some but they have always produced well for me.

Thanks for the welcome.  Riding season is almost over here in TN so I will be doing this soon(I hope).  I will keep posted on the results.

Just wanted to update on the build. Got the heads off and they are on their way to Big Boyz for porting, milling for 10.1 compression, and compression releases.  Planning on using .032 copper head gasket.  Will try to post pics of before and after tomorrow.

I think you will find that .050" - .060" will put you in the 86 - 87 cc range, with absolutly NO induction fitment problems.
John

John is right-on, as usual.
Exactly where they landed, and we were not into the fins whatsoever.
Reason I am on this, is, we have a set leaving today, headed to another shop. :)

Bike is now back together and running.  Heads looked great,  Bean is a great guy to work with.  No ride report as we got about 3" of snow last night.

I went with the revolution 107 cylinders when I had headwork done on my 103.  Very happy with the results.

OK so just finished a set. They were 100.2cc after valve work. Shooting for 84cc (10/1 103") and that took a very substantial cut. Everything has been checked and it will work fine. No fins were hit but the intake surfaces were faced.
