zwild,
Check your oil cooler lines.  The clamps on the oil cooler lines have been know to leak.  If you see them leaking I would go to you local hardware store and get regular hose clamps and redo the lines.

Had both problems on my '02 SERK when it was new. [smiley=confused5.gif]  The hyd. clutch bleeder left a film on the tranny cover for several months and the handlebar res. spewed all over the place  After cleaning the bleeder several times and tightening the res cover, they finally stopped after about 3 months.   Since then, no problems.  In my case, time cures all. I had the same problem with my "pumpkin" after about 1k. Tried to re-tighten myself but still had problem. Took it to dealer, they too tried to re-tighten, but continued to leak. Then they applied a little teflon tape to bleeder screw, and that took care of problem. Almost 10k on bike now, no more leaks.

My SERK developed this same leaking problem at the transmission cover immediately after going with the SYN3 in all three holes...it was even getting on the pipes below the transmission.  After reading on this site about the advantages of Redline Gear Oil, I changed to that in the transmission and all of the leakage stopped.  Additionally, the transmission shifts much smoother.  I think that the SYN3 is just too thin for the transmission...but that' just MHO.
