Some of us came here because of problems with our CVO's, some of us stay for all the other reasons that are good.

I agree that we should talk about both the good and the bad about our bikes.  Lately though, it seems that there's more bitching, moaning, challenging, etc, than information.  I second the motion to getting this board back where it belongs:  A bunch of people contributing, and a lot of great ideas and feedback.

Just my 2 cents...

I'm certainly glad I found the site.  It's GREAT!! [smiley=banana.gif] [smiley=jalapeno.gif] [smiley=cherry.gif]  The bitchin just gives me areas to look at for mine, to decide whether I have a problem.  Fortunately, mine has very few of the problems most discussed here and those that it does don't seem to be as extreme as some I've seen.  But, I certainly enjoy the tech aspects as well as the add-ons that members have done and talked about.  Definitely gives me something to do in my "spare" time!  HA :o  I look here daily.  Wish I'd found it years ago.

I haven't been on this site long, but what I have seen has been great. Some people bitch about problems with their bikes. I can understand why they would be upset. I shelled out alot of money for my bike as did everyone else here. For that amount of money, you have very high expectations and lets face it, these bike are "toys" for most of us. They just tend to be expensive toys when compared to others. I am grateful for all of the technical advice I have gotten on this site. (Who knew that chrome actually inproved gas mileage ;D ;D) I have also met several people that I not only respect, but look forward to becoming riding partners.

This forum is a place where CVO owners can vent (a little) and not be judged as whiners. I don't think my buddy that is riding his $7000 dollar sportster really cares that I have problems with my $32,000 dollar bike. JMHO

Rick

PS Thanks for this site and I welcome all opinions, that is what makes it great.

When I came across this site I didn't sleep for days. It was such a wealth of information. I wanted to know problems others were having so I can keep an eye out. I knew more about some of the problems these bikes were having then my dealer did. When I was brave enough to ask my first question Nobody laughed at me....They said they were laughing With me! :-? Come to think of it, I wasn't laughing, oh well.

This site is Awesome and this many personalities you will have circumstances when a moderator will have to step in. There is a comradely that develops and I haven't met very many people from this site yet. Maybe that will change after I do! [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]

I encourage everyone I meet on a cvo to check out this site. If someone says this place sucks I ask him if his last name is Oreck because he is the King Sucker! ;D I then proceed to sock him in the eye! :o

I love this site and the folks on it. Of course I have been told that this is a sick world and I am a happy man. ::) This site has grown and will continue to grow to be the best, most informative site about CVO's on the Web! Thank Ya, Thank Ya very much! [smiley=elvis.gif] God Bless!
