Your certainly not alone. There is alot of us here that have had problems with our bikes. When I bought my CUSE in April '08 , I had all kinds of warranty issues, I could list them all here but I choose not to go into it. I too, considered the possibilty of swapping mine out on a new bone stock Ultra. My bike was in the shop every two weeks for a week or more, for 2 years straight, no lie. Talk about customer dissatisfaction. The long and the short of it, is that I hung in there and worked with the dealer to fix all of my issues. Now, almost 3 years have passed since I bought my bike, and I couldn't be more happier with it, I have no more issues, and she runs great. I have to admit, with all the great looking bikes that have came out over the last couple of years, I've thought about trading her in, but seeing how I'm alot happier now, I think I'll just keep what I got for the time being. I guess what I'm trying to say, is try to give your dealer some time to sort things out, and don't be so hasty to throw in the towel just yet, and maybe things will work out for you in the end as well.
