Something New For The O/B SERG

I never cared for the original o/b front fender, so I bought a solid black one. Personally I think the lines looks better now..how bout you??

I like the "classic SERG" touch you came up with there. :2vrolijk_21:

Very nice! I've got a huge paint chip on the leading edge of my front fender (don't ask). I found the chip and glued it back in the hole... but if it comes out, getting a grey fender might be a cheaper option than repairing the paint!

Crusty, I bought a lightly damaged fender from my local dealer for $50, we had about 1.5 hrs of labor in the repair with paint at my body shop. The original fender is in the box for later..

I believe this one was off a Street Glide, and it bolted right on without the spacers. You may want to go that route for the repair, because I don't think factory paint can be blended.

Knothead, looks great.  This is the same as the guys painting the tops of their lowers with the orange/silver/yellow etc.  I think from the fairing down, black looks best.

Not that it matters that much, but the original front fender was lowered and the stock RK, SG, EG, RG etc would not have that same lowered look.  But with the black it's not that noticeable.

Also, what windshield is that?  I have a stock '09 RG on my '09 SERG O/B and yours looks great.  It also looks like it would supply a good amount of coverage.  Thanks for sharing.
