I would ask why the factory is willing to sell you an ESP for a total of 7 years of warranty coverage on a bike this wanker ( I owe you a nickle Twolane) says won't hold up. We all know about the trouble with the cam chain tensionsers, (I got my covered on the ESP) Other than that, I haven't heard a specific longevity issue on the 103's I think, and this is just my opinion, that those of us who buy the CVO bikes tend to be on the anal side of maintenance. As such our rides are usually dialed in perfectly, never have even remotely dirty fluids in them, bad plugs, dirty air cleaners and a host of things that a lot of your average Joe Schmoe Harley owners subject their bikes to. Man this site is testament to what a bunch of OCD nutjobs we all are.If anything, if I worked on CVO bikes at a dealership and saw all this OCD chit I'd think just the opposite of what this wanker said. If you look at the 103 you can build from an 88"and look at ours, you'll see ours were built for longevity and not max performance. I am amazed no one's asked Dafixer what he could build for a motor using all Screamin Eagle parts. Sooooooooooo in conlusion I'd say that the bike in question here has some problems and if this is what this particular Stealer is saying, it's time to find a better place to get the bike worked on.
