Mike.....Clearance was fine with .00035...BUT...measure very closely when you install as there is as much as .00060 variance in the HD cases.

Before you get it dialed in have you noticed any of the spitting back through the exhuast when shifting under a moderate to load that I had before tuning?  Or is it still pretty smooth.  After the increase in torque in the driving range and it's concomitant loss of that nasty dip after 2k I think that's my favorite thing about this.  After it's been dialed it's just way smooth.  I thought it was pretty good before.  But now the idle is better and the power range is smooth and consistent.

Oh no!!! I'm not quite ready for that yet. [smiley=nervous.gif] I've got Fueling Oil Pump, and Fueling Lifters at dealer waiting on these parts, and have an appointment on Monday to have all them installed and it dyno'd. [highlight]I'll get it back middle of next week[/highlight].

I think I'll just position myself a little closer to the tank, from what I can remember in my dirt bike days, that's the best place to be when the front wheel comes off the ground.
