Hope you can find a Black Candy Crimson, they are a beautiful bike. Be sure a check the paint before giving your money away, but don't give up hope. If you decide you might want a Haze, my local dealer has one on the floor for $800-$1000 over MSRP. They are Sills HD in Paducah, KY, 270-443-5636, - talk to Chris Fristoe.
 It would be about a 10 hr. ride, approx. 600 miles one way if interested. Drove it many times since I am originally from Theodore, AL. west of Mobile.

Thanks Mav....I have my heart set on the Black candy. I did however look at Yahoo maps for Paducah Ky :-)
I did not however have to look for Theodore, I know the place well! Let me know the next time you are down this way...maybe we can hook up!

I sure will give you a call when I am down that way. I have been to Foley many times over the years. I have a cousin there, Clifford Grant, life long resident of Foley, he is probably in his seventies now. Many trips down 59 to the Gulf in my younger years, but have not seen it since the hurricanes.

Rusty,  You've probably already checked these places, but before I put my deposit down on my Black Candy, they were going to get one in at the Mt Cheaha dealer, the Opelika dealer, and the Montgomery dealer....they may all be spoken for now though, as that was about 2 months ago...the Opelika dealer is a sister dealership of Columbus, Ga, but they were going to do MSRP...the timing was just not right for me.  BTW...the local dealer here, Heart of Dixie in Pelham, got a Black CC in about a month ago...I saw it in the sunlight, and did not see any paint problems.  They got 2K over MSRP for the bike.  Good luck in your search...I'm down in Gulf Shores a couple of times per year...maybe we can meet for a cold one sometime...might come down in June.  I'm the guy with the deposit on the BCC at the Mobile Bay HD dealer...I've got a ship date of May 11th.

Ahhh yess..AEA holiday I assume you refer to on your trips down 59 to the Gulf. Originally from Atmore, Al. I was on one of those trips myself at age 19, met this lil beach blonde and been here every since.  [smiley=banana.gif] The blonde is long gone but I'm still here  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
Most all the damage from Ivan, Katrina and Rita have been repaired and the beachfront is alive again...Anytime you are down this way again give me a heads up and we'll roll somewhere.
