All I know is when I changed to 12" mini z's on my rocker it took alot! I am very mechanically inclined but it's a chore! Let's see remove and istall clutch line which also constitutes bleeding the clutch on your bike, remove and install brake lines which includes bleeding, extend all wires which is probably in the neighborhood of 25 plus wires on your bike (time depends on if they can use extensions or have to splice each one), transfer grips and controls, of course remove and re-install fairing, remove and re-install gas tank (which includes draining and re-filling), removing and installing new bars, and I'm sure a few other things i'm not familiar with. That being said I am not trying to anger or offend anyone I'm just stating there is quit a bit to the job! I would definately check independent shops. Probably $20 an hour cheaper plus they will probably tell you how many hours so you can compare to the stealer.
