Look at Rush Header Pipes, ceramic coated inside and out.  Your scoot will run alot cooler.

my power duals was the best aftermaket thing that I put on my SERG. It runs much cooler, I did it in conjunction with the SERT and Heavy Breather with dyno tune.

I just had the Power Duals installed at Bikeweek. Initial impressions are that they are MUCH cooler than OEM.

You were running the stock headpipe w/cat before?? Or which pipe did you take off?

I put power duals on my bike about a month ago and love em, but there is one complaint I have with them.  If you like to drag your boards you will scrape the bottom side of the crossover.  It's a little saddening that this was not worked around when they were in design.

Only my initial impression Mike. Not enough miles for a definitive call at this point. But because the change was instantaneously recognizable it took me by surprise. A dramatic improvement is my initial impression. I know others have them ... would like to hear their opinions.

I have had a great experience with Fullsac..... but other ..... on my CVO Ultra?

I used the V & H Dresser Duals (True Dual Setup) because I could not get over the the big X chrome piece. I've always used V & H pipes over the years and have had great success, many complements about the sound and NO rusted/chipped/scratch chrome. I choose this over the Fullsac setup basically because I never heard of Fullsac before joining this site. That's a lot of time with never hearing about them.

My V & H's runs good, sounds good (like dual exhaust vs. 2 into 1's) and the bike runs significantly cooler than stock. That's not to say these 110's run cool by any stretch of the imagination.

Choices, Choices, Choices. Good Luck!

Mike, I was thinking about doing the same setup on my 2011 SESG. What are you using for Slip ons? Have you had it on a dyno?

I am using the Fullsac 2.25" cores.....have not had it on a dyno, but it runs good. I am just always looking to eliminate some more heat.

I went for the Vance & Hines Power Duals and have the Fullsac 2" baffles.  I think the headers are likely fairly equal in performance, heat loss and price.  Almost comes down to styling preferences.  I was surprised to get the V&H's for slightly less $ than the Fullsac's which reuse your factory heat shields.

 :cherry:
I have V&H Power Duals on mine with Rinehart mufflers.  I like 'em and they put out more power and are quiter than the "Dresser" duals from V&H.   I know that cause my dealer made a mistake and put the (dresser duals) on my new ride by mistake.  They were tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo loud (although they do look the best of all).   The Power Duals are quiter and make more power as I said.

ON MY 08 SEUC I SWITCHED FROM TRUE DUALS TO POWER DUALS AND COULD NOT BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE.  I LOST TORQUE BELOW 2500 RPM BUT FROM THERE ON UP THE CHANGE WAS ASTOUNDING EVEN WITH THE STOCK MUFFLERS!
