Well I guess I just gave up on those pics or perhaps it has become an every four year event for me now but I decided to return to Myrtle Beach AGAIN after writing it off!  If you have followed the Myrtle Beach Bike Rally you know the story already.  In addition, I believe all rallies have suffered from attendance by all – riders / vendors for multiple reasons.  None the less, my attendance this year was about the journey, some friends and the more limited experience.

Myrtle Beach Harley-Davidson – Friday afternoon

In my opinion, there were slightly less vendors here from four years ago however the crowd was about the same.  There were lines inside the H-D “boutique” for the apparel and outside vendors were lookin’ for some coin to be spent.

After riding through Highway 17 to get to my North Myrtle Beach hotel I returned to Murrells Inlet.  If it were 10 years ago, I would have been right across the street at the Holiday Inn so I could walk home.  Times have changed!

While returning to Murrells Inlet I continued to notice how the crowd size had changed, the number of vendors had reduced and the whole event seemed revised.  Of course I too had undergone revision butt…
