I believe the 'wobble' that shows up on the Road Glides happens during deacceleration around 40-50 mph with the hands off the bars. At least that's the most common description I've seen in the various forums. I've not seen anyone complaining about a high speed wobble on the Road Glide.
You just have to spend a bit more reading on here. Since 09 the large majority have been Road Glides and doesn't have anything to do with hands on or off the bars. Has to do with the neck bearings not being seated correctly at the factory. After a bit of riding, they drop down in place and then there's a lot of slop in the front end that causes it.
Puzzling is that it's predominaently the Road Glides and with the exception of very few, not the batwing fairing bikes (which there are a lot more of).....

Also puzzling.....why a Road Glide owner can take his bike to one, two or three dealerships to have the fall away test done and they all tell him it's within specs and then you take it to one more dealership and they say "oh yea, it was out of spec, we corrected it and no more wobble".
