>:( Came out of work today....... Some F  N  Ash Hole  crashed the front fender of my 2011.5 SE Ultra........  Yep, mashed it good, 6" whack.  Looks like someone backed up into it.  How damn ridiculous...... I am really angry!

I guess I have to buy a fender from HD..... through the dealer....... any comments?  I don't see a fender in my catalogue

Almost too angry to type.......    >:(

I feel your pain, Dang rock went thru my front fender between tire & fender couple days ago on the hiway. Put three small bulges in the fender & cracked the paint on one, talked to the dealer & approx a grand for a new one installed.

You sure it was a rock?? Check to see if you have any missing weights on the front wheel. There are a couple threads on the site about wheel weights coming off and denting the front fender and if that's the case the MoCo has been replacing those fenders under warranty.

Man, that sucks big time....   Any chance your employer will let you put up a flyer with a picture of the dented fender?  You could put something on there like, "Fender damaged by uncaring individual in parking lot on (day/approx time).  If anyone witnessed this damage or has any information, please contact (phone #)."  You could also try posting a small reward.  Even if you don't uncover the culprit, they will know they could have been busted and will hopefully stay far away from your scoot in the future.

you should be able to get that fixed!  the dent has no creases, should be able to be repaired without damaging paint.  go to a reputable ding repair shop.

if u find the bastard do the same thing to his skull with a hammer

Checked it out today & nothing on front wheel but glue where the weights used to be. Turned it in to Harley shop & now will see what they have to say.  Thanks for the great info !!!

Well.... I spread the word throughout the 200 person company --  EVERYONE knows that I am "leg breakin' " angry :worthless:. Everyone knows I am the biker at that place.  Many nervous looks around, but no one came clean.

Well..... life is a bitch sometimes!

On the good side, I was not on the bike, so no "ill" effects. Also, foolishly had $500 deductible on bike and $200 on car..... ??????  I drive the bike 320 days per year and the car...... well, needs a battery tender!  Changed that.  And, arrive at work 15 mins early and take the prime parking spots.

Even though the supplier for the fender said it would take 45 business days (Ronnie's HD), I just got an email saying it would be delivered on Tuesday.  Great news!

So, planning to do the install this coming weekend..... any advice from the local Pros....?

I changed mine out when I crunched it and had it painted. Only problem was the locking tabs on the inside. Hammer and long screw driver to un-bend them. Still hope whoever did it steps up.
