Picked up this bike about 5 weeks ago knowing it needed some reconditioning due to a general lack of use combined with chrome issues and oxidation from sitting for 4 years under a cover on the Carolina coast. This bike only had 5000 original miles on the odometer.
Anyway after ~120 hours of wrenching, cleaning and polishing here's a few photo's shot indoors after she came off the lift late last night.
Here's a partial listing of what the project has entailed to date:

All MOCO parts came from Baer's HD in Honesdale, Pa and all aftermarket parts and supplies came from Rob's Cycle in N. Syracuse, NY. And a big thank you to Ron Berry from here on CVO Harley for a great deal on the Rinehart end caps.
The bike also has a matching chopped detachable tour, the jugs and heads are diamond cut and my friend who sold it to me claims "the motor is stock" (spoken with a Southern drawl reminding me of Otis and the HBRR's). I can tell you after taking her out for a late night spin the motor is not stock its pulls harder then any bike I've owned.
This was really only phase 1 of this bikes rebirth as we have another list of mods and upgrades already started for this winter.
