Housing that holds the gauge and the tweeter....they are both the same. They have little tabs (2) top and bottom which go in the faring for proper alignment.

Plenty of slack and extra wires to swap the gauges with the tweeters. You will have to reroute.

The small plug with the blue rubber is for the tweeter the other two for the gauge, power and light for the gauge.

Notice the happy face and sad face of the mount. The must go back on that way or they will not go in.

I think it looks awesome. Your line of sight lines up with all gauges. The volt and oil gauges are slightling angled to come towards your sight and the tweeters now come straight at you. As for the sound i hear no difference. The top take less that 10 minuets the bottom about 20 minutes each. You will have to use a wrench on the one nut from the side. All other nuts you can get from the front with a nut driver. (8 mm) Do not over tighten....this is common sense as it is a small nut on a fine threaded stud.

The gauges do not fill the hole and if you look very closely you can see it looks of center at the top right and left of each gauge. If you are sitting on the bike you will not notice it. You have to stick your head right in front of it to notice it.

Looks much better IMHO.  Does anyone make a chrome trim ring for the tweeter to match the ones on the gauges? Looks like that would look good.
