This reminds me of a story I read in the Sac Bee a few years ago about a resident living in a Retirement Community that had a small wood workshop in his garage. The Homeowners Community told the resident his workshop was making too much noise so he had to quit working any tools in his garage. The resident said BS and hired a sound proofing firm to come in and sound proofed his garage. This worked for awhile until word got out what he did so the community called fool play and gave him another warning to turn off the tools or he would be forced out. The guy ended up hiring an attorney and filed an harassment suit against the Master Community and also had noise study done while he was working in is workshop, which proofed the outside noise level was almost 0. The Community dropped the noise level complaint then a few months latter found another master community rule which banned residential workshops.. The resident finally gave up and moved out of the Retirement Community swearing never to have anything to do with Master Community
Both of these stories have nothing to due with issue they are complaining about, but all to do with someone to prove they have (or want) "power". In these instances, the best thing to do is stay away from these idiots, all they do is cause misery.
