Glad to hear that. I called the dealer and they said they have to see the bike before they could / would comment on if it's covered or not. If not it's an hour labour to change it ($100.00) plus the cost of the light ($300).
Not sure if you're talking Canadian price or American price. For what it's worth, here are the part numbers and MSRP (USD)for the current level parts:
USA
69383-09A LH Domestic (Red) $195.95

69496-09A LH (Amber) $214.95
69518-09A RH (Amber) $214.95
You might notice that the part numbers all indicate a revision from the original release ie. the -A suffix. That's one good indication of all the problems they had with these things back in "09, and I'd use that in my argument with H-D that they should cover the replacement even though the two year warranty has expired. Contact them or the Canadian distributor and ask them to cover the replacement if the ESP won't.
