This may be one of the very rare situations that won't warrant a screwing from HD. I haven't had one warranty from HD that had any type of mileage restriction, other than one, and that was back in the day on the cam bearings in '99. Other than that, everything had been time restricted only. The only thing that bothers me about the speedo reading fast is that the bike doesn't have as many miles on it as it reads. Seems to be a little bit of cheating for us endurance riders that take pride in the amount of miles ridden.
